"The Kostume Room, LLC" was created back in 1993 as a family owned Costume retail store. It all began with two sisters and their mother.

Tammy and Gayle decided to put an advertisement in the local newspaper to sell the excess costumes. That is how the girls made over $200.00 and became their seed money for a business they had been talking about for years.

Finally, they embarked on an adventure of a lifetime. At first thought, they would sell their costumes through consignment. But God had other plans, big plans, as they became the costume rental/retail store featuring a service that people would come to know as very unique in the business.

Well, the first year was a real learning experience for the girls and Mom. They entered into the business totally "green" and boy, did they learn fast!!! The following several years "The Kostume Room LLC" operated in Rogers Plaza during the Halloween season and each year became larger and better than the year before. With the purchase of the building shown above, they noticed that things were changing in the business as well. It was only a matter of time before this Internet Web-Site would become a part of their lives as things really picked up in their 17th year.

The KostumeRoom also recently started renting tuxedos for Prom, Weddings, Anniversaries, or any formal occasion that a gentlemen would need a tux for. They have vintage tuxedos from the 1950's - 1990's and also offer today's styles of tuxedos as well. Currently, schools have become more active in book reports, wax museums, musical presentations for their students and parents. Also, churches, theater groups and the Film entertainment industry are seeking the "The Kostume Room LLC" as they prepare for various plays, religious events or new film productions . 

Today the owners and staff of the KostumeRoom LLC are really looking forward to assisting customers from all over the USA and Canada to find that special costume, scary mask, wig or makeup for their events. They have put their hearts into this website and store and hope you enjoy it. Due to the security regulations of the Homeland Security Agency (HSA) they no longer take orders from countries other than the USA and Canada.
